Judge Merchan just corrected Trump:
Yesterday, Trump claimed, "I'm not allowed to testify because of an unconstitutional gag order."
Merchan made clear this morning: "As the name of the order indicates, it only applies to extrajudicial statements," not those in the courtroom.
